10K gold-filled medal

These 10K gold plate medals are approximately the size of a quarter.  One side is a four leaf clover and is stamped 10K GF-11.  The other side is a mandala with what appears to be a face in the center with various egyptian-looking symbols radiating out from the center.   A small bail is mounted at the top of the medal to facilitate hanging it on a chain.  An american quarter is shown with the medal to indicate the size.
